Capgemini is hiring an Informatica IICS Developer to join its global Software Engineering division across Hyderabad, Pune, and Chennai. In this core cloud data engineering role, you will design, develop, and maintain high-volume data integration workflows and mapping architectures using Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS) / Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC). Beyond basic pipeline building, you will collaborate with data architects and business analysts to translate complex enterprise needs into detailed ETL specification documents. Your daily execution will center on tuning data pipelines for optimal performance, building warehouse structures for both fact and dimension tables, and managing operational data logic to ensure data ecosystem reliability.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of professional, hands-on software development experience specializing in enterprise Data Warehousing (DW) architectures and ETL engineering pipelines.
• Proven development expertise creating mapping configurations, task flows, and cloud integration workflows within Informatica IICS/IDMC or legacy Informatica PowerCenter.
• Advanced technical understanding of fundamental data warehousing transformations, including designing and maintaining complex historical tracking data via Slowly Changing Dimensions (SCD Type-II) across relational Fact and Dimension structures.
• Practical experience debugging bottlenecked data flows, optimizing execution parameters, and isolating pipeline latency within large database environments.
• Solid technical background writing detailed, production-grade ETL specification documents, source-to-target data mappings, and runtime architecture playbooks.
• Practical development familiarity running automation commands and job schedules via UNIX shell scripting.
